Dr. Cayer graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic with a Doctorate of Chiropractic.  He is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician in the state of Florida.

 

Dr. Cayer was raised in North Florida in a large family atmosphere.  He spent several years abroad in Portugal and Italy where he attained fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, and the breath of experience that living abroad gives.  Upon his return to the United States, he continued his studies at the Franciscan University of Steubenville where he graduated cum laude with degrees in Philosophy and Theology and a written final thesis on the philosophy of medicine.

 

Dr. Cayer entered Chiropractic College at the Palmer Campus in Port Orange, Florida in July 2004.  During the span of his education, Dr. Cayer invested countless hours learning techniques that would enable him to address nearly any biomechanical problem that the body could present.  With a focus on cranial adjustments, nutrition, organ therapy and the category system of the Sacro Occipital Technique, Dr. Cayer is well founded to “guide others to a healthier life.”

 

.   Specializing in SOT allows him the freedom to treat a wide spectrum of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics and all the different issues that present themselves during all the seasons of life.  He also specializes in prescription nutritional therapy which at times can be very beneficial in addressing conditions such as arthritis, hormonal irregularities, headaches, fibromyalgia, adrenal fatigue, poor liver function( manifested in high cholesterol/low cholesterol, allergies and hypertension), thyroid conditions as well as other inflammatory conditions. Another area of expertise in the technique he practices is dealing with pediatric issues from colic to ear infections as well as prenatal and postnatal nutrition for Mom’s.  As you can see he works with a whole spectrum of issues that can stem from vertebral misalignments.  Many things that even after people have changed their diets, exercised and are in “good health” still bother them. 

 

Dr. Cayer currently resides in Celebration, Florida with his wife and six children (yes,six).
